LCSW Supervision

LCSW Supervision is the foundation needed in developing great social workers. Over the last few decades the definition of clinical social work evolves and the continued need for social workers have steadily The River Wellness LLC/PLLC help you reach your goal of becoming a licensed clinical social worker! We will provide individual and group supervision at our agency.

INDIVIDUAL SUPERVISION:

1st Supervision Session: Two Hours ($150.00). This session is used to gather background information about you, employment, review Supervision paperwork, etc. Each Session after the initial session is $75.00.

Group Sessions: $60.00 per person for a group of three or more.

Please have the following documentation with you on your first session:

  • The River Wellness Supervision Agreement.
  • Updated copy of your resume.
  • Graduate School Transcript
  • Proof of Liability Insurance (Highly Recommended)
  • Any other licenses held.
  • LCSW Supervision Contract (Provided during initial meetings)

ALL THE ABOVE ITEMS MUST BE PRESENT DURING YOUR SECOND SUPERVISION SESSION TO CONTINUE!
