Whether you are struggling with depression, anger, grief, post trauma or loneliness, you do not have to go it alone. The River Wellness LLC

Professional Therapy

We provide our clients with the necessary comprehensive therapy, counseling, and consulting services they seek. In order to help them recover, we strive to give individuals, couples, and families a safe space where they can feel at ease with each session.

Counseling and Therapy for First Responders

We are exceptionally skilled in work with essential workers, first responders and Veterans.  With the challenges of their professions, it is no surprise these groups experience higher levels of stress and anxiety.  They can be involved in or witness traumatic events that lead to adverse effects in their daily lives. You are resilient, and will be able to handle the stress and traumatic experiences for years, but it can catch up to you. When that happens, working with a counselor can help you relieve some of the pressure, repair the stress damage and feel strong again.

Spreading Awareness

To help keep people aware of the importance of mental health and emotional issues, we provide education for them on such topics. We also discuss current and relevant social problems and advise them on how to find a work/life balance.

We offer consulting services for community groups and other mental health professionals. Here are our target populations:

  • Individuals

  • Adolescents

  • Adults

  • Aging Adults

  • Families

  • Veterans

  • Law Enforcement

  • First Responders

  • Mental Health Professionals
